        I initially tried booking on line but doubted the company I tried to book with after the payments being declined. On further investigations I found their reviews were dire. I decided to try booking my holidays with Co Op at Glenfield Leicester. The service I serviced from Beth was exceptional. She invested her time searching ideal deal we needed, communicated with hotel regarding accessibility needs for one in the group and investigated availability of mobility aid. We in the group are well impressed with Beth and will be recommending Co Op Glenfield to others
