Useless, you can do better accuracy than they deliver with a handsaw. As Melvin Jay says, just go to B & Q. This is a fly by night outfit. In fairness they did sort this out for me and re-cut the wood. So in the end satisfied. Amazing what leaving a review can do.

Really not impressed, no communication, very difficult to get hold of anyone, still not sure if they are just unprofessional or a scam. Some wood did turn up, but it was poorly cut, very late and sent to the wrong address. Would not recommend.

Terrible quality cutting, poor accuracy (+/- 3mm). Much of the order not cut exactly square. Got a 50 refund after a lot of work photographing the problem but had to spend another 100+ (with a competitor of course) to replace the items that had to be trashed due to being under size.

I enter a wrong about to the measurement to the cut size and sent a email just after to explain the problem but they just said there was nothing they could do with the as this was a custom cut size. this is there whole business Wood Sheets Cut To Size To Choose? Not suer if this was my main business that you would have a system in place to correct this don't use these guys poor customer services
