Had a lovely experience living in a property managed by hive on West Walk. Had a few issues which were resolved quickly and professionally. Rhianne was extremely helpful on several occasions. There was only issue I had which I feel could be looked into as a potential of making these even more comfortable. During the summer months, the studio would become stifling hot despite having a fan and I found it very hard to cool down. With only one window that opened it didn't allow the room to the breathe or air to flow. Perhaps installing some kind of air conditioning or looking into having more than one window that can be opened in the studios would be an advantage but over all pleasant stay and really loved it and was actually sad to leave.

Very poor experience with this company. They didnt extend any rebates to students during the pandemic year. Their staff are very rude and they always threaten court action. I will never recommend them or use them again.
