Then they blamed the powerflush, old radiators and anything else they could whilst actually not carrying out any diagnosis at all. All contact with them was a repeat of the same old storybook of excuses. They were also blaming a dirty heating system which they have no evidence of.
All the while leaving my family without heating from a separate fault which I have diagnosed and fixed myself, poor service from a poor company.
