Awful. Its nothing like the pictures they advertise. Mole, damaged and the metres has stains. The room wasnt clean. Dont make the mistake of staying there.

Since Brink Riley took over its an absolute mess dont stay here. Too many issues to count, steal your deposits for issues that were there when you moved in. Their useless staff are the worst ive ever come across. They even refused to let a student into their flat when they lost their key at 5:01, because it was past 5. They are two minutes up the road and this led to the student waiting for hours to be let in. They dont care about their tenants. They never painted the walls after a huge water leak, we were without hot water for days (multiple occasions), they took weeks to put wifi in, they dont sort post they just leave it for anyone to take, theres no one to take deliveries it looks abandoned from the outside, the general facilities are terrible, they let themselves in without warning, their 24/7 emergency numbers arent 24/7, led to someone having to call the fire brigade as they got locked in their flat (fire hazard), when we moved in the flat was a building site so we had to move flats again. No one I talked to in other flats had a positive experience. These estate agents, and building itself, are the worst of the worst. Stay literally anywhere else.

2 and a half months living here and it is lovely! Great value for money and very close to DMU for students and very close to shops and pubs. Maintenance staff are brilliant and Lina the receptionist is lovely!
