Incredible customer service. Being very inexperienced at sewing, I usually find buy fabric a very intimidating experience. Roy was so friendly and helpful, it was a pleasure to shop there. When I went back to pick up a bit of extra fabric to make some curtain tie backs, I inadvertently picked up the wrong material. I was highly delighted when Roy exchanged this for the correct fabric, without hesitation.

Fantastic!! My favourite fabric shop ever. The owner is a humble, confident and very kind human being and the fabrics he sells are top quality at very fair prices. Super, hyper, highly recommend it. Just the best!

I went there with my mom and after picking up the fabric the price wasnt worth it for us for what we needed to do, so we put it back and apologised. The owner was so rude and started talking to his colleague about how we always do this even though we always bought something every time we went to his shop.. we wont be going there anymore.. I was already having a bad day and this just made it ten time worse
