Came across this business at the craft show at the NEC today, who ever was working the stall talked at me behind my back as I was bent down looking at fabric not aware he was there, as I didnt respond he muttered audibly how rude it was that I ignored him, on calling out this behaviour he became extremely rude and aggressive. A complaint was made the the event organisers who were nothing but apologetic and by their behaviour they were not surprised. Absolutely disgraceful when I was 100% going to purchase from them. I can see from other reviews that this is not the first instance at an event and I sincerely hope they are not allowed back and that event organisers should be aware of the disgusting behaviour of this employee within this company.
