I cannot fault the care received by Shelby. Shes gone beyond caring for my Mum and supporting our family at a time of immense need. At all times Shelby has been professional, supportive and caring. Nothing has been too much trouble. Shelby was with us throughout my Mums journey who sadly passed away this morning. Thank you xxxx

Worst company to ever work for, recently won a tribunal case with this company as they refused to pay my wages when I decided to leave the company in 2019, to be honest I have seen kids play groups being operated better, the management is way behind the curve, so irresponsible and lie quite often, they will go to the extent of getting their employees to lie for them. Be warned if you decided to work for this company, you might not get professional training just a multiple choice answer sheet with no practical and when you leave, be prepared to fight for 2years in courts for your wages or be told police will be in touch for fraud lol so sad

You know there is something wrong when several people are complaining about the same thing. If you read the reviews on indeed, that should make you stay clear from this organisation or even scared to say the least.

I could not be happier with this company. I have been and worked for many different management teams but none of which have shown me the compassion and understanding as these have. I could not recommend this company enough!

Previous service user very very poor service management staff are terrible Please rethink before joining this agency or having them look after a loved one
