I wouldn't recommend these, some staff are rude, ignorant and lazy, I had these to care for my dad, one carer we had regularly was arrogant and lazy and only stayed for 10 mins sometimes less, tried to tell management wasn't interested, do not use these, they don't talk and waste of space

Further to the review given by my sister, I am appalled the only contact we have had from Adaptus following the death of my mother was to ask for me to remove a review from Facebook. The telephone conversation would have been acceptable if Lucy, the care coordinator had started by offering her condolences. It was highly insensitive and showed disregard of the fact that we are still grieving the loss of our mother. It leaves us feeling that the Adaptus management are without compassion.

Adaptus Cares Leicester I am writing to express the deep disappointment I feel in this agency following the passing away of our dear mother Radha. It is 3 weeks today since her death and as yet we have not had a text message, phone call, a card, flowers or a visit from the management (some carers sent some really moving messages and sent flowers and a beautiful fushia plant. We will never forget them). I am not a cynical person by nature but I remember their swift response when we had issues at the beginning, with visits and flowers etc. Then they didn't want to lose the business opportunity Mum offered. After death money stops.....no need to worry about the family then. Needless to say I will not be recommending this care agency. Overall good carers but poor management. Prafulla Raja

Ive worked for this company for 7 months now and I HONESTLY couldnt wish for a better company to work for. I had zero experience within care work, As a company they go ABOVE and beyond to help motivate encourage and recognise you and your work. They are all constantly there to help guide and support you in any which way they can. Every single person within that company is helpful supportive and lovely. They are all always there to help. Theres also extra training on whatever you feel your are lacking in available, They are extremely professional too and follow all guidelines and regulations and never cut corners with there clients. Theres plenty of hours and you are never left without work, The pay is always on time and always correct, the holiday allowance is also great. I personally love working for adaptus, They also go above and beyond to be fair and accommodating to there staff.
