        Impossible to get a hold of unless they want money from you. It was a horrible experience dealing with them. Avoid at all costs.

        I travelled close to 2 hrs to view a property that I had arranged to view a couple days before. Upon arriving (which was before the viewing time), I called the office to let them know I was at the property. Apparently they had me down as uncofirmed as they did not review their email to see my response to their security questions. Instead of calling to confirm my viewing, they decided not to do the viewing at all and made no effort to rearrange for a viewing that day. They did offer to view another day though, but no HM... I am not interesting in driving close to 4 hours return to see this property again or rather have any further business with you.
