        I've now had donor appointments cancelled twice running at short notice at this site due to staff shortages! And yet the blood donor service still sees fit to waste money advertising for donors. I've donated 55 times in many different venues and am shocked at how badly run this place is. Is it a case of too many bosses and not enough workers? Ridiculous situation.
