We had wonderful experience with Michaels Estates for selling our house from start to finish. Would highly recommend. They have just sold a house for us and they did everything they could to make the process easy and informative via WhatsApp, txt message, phone call and email. They always keep us updated and give feedback on viewings. Suraj is very professional, friendly and patient. It has made such a stressful process much easier. One more thing we want to highlight is that their fee is not only reasonable but actually cheap. Thanks very much!!!

We have just sold 3 bedrooms house in Leicester Le2 area through Michael Estates. And i have to say that the service was absolutely amazing. Very fast. The best on communication through all the processes. We are property investment company and we have been dealing with many estate agents but this company its the best ! Something which separate this company from others its that they reply on texts , emails, even our working hours. Especially Suraj was amazing. Very professional advice and service We all ready have Recomand them to our Bussnes partners and friends.

They really helped us. Specially Suraj dealt our problems like we were from the same family. At the end of the day he was giving us the key of our house, universally who gives the keys for your house is your family. Thank you Michael Estates.

We don't think this company deserves 1 star, but we have to put one on so we can add our review!! We were promised a quick sale when we agreed to sell our house with them, but 35 weeks is not quick in my books!! Below is a summary of our very poor experience with Suraj and Michaels Estates: We accepted an offer on our sale but after 17 weeks of chasing and getting nowhere were advised by Suraj to go with an investor he knew who was keen to buy. However, another 4 weeks went by of chasing him only to find out that his investor was then unable to get a mortgage, something which we feel Suraj should have known about. Luckily, our original buyers were still interested (we were a bit skeptical), but decided to go ahead again. During the 35 weeks of selling the house to completing the sale, Suraj didn't contact us without us having to chase him. Not until the day of completion, when we received an email from him before the office had even opened asking when we would be able to let him have the keys. Their invoice then arrived in my Inbox 10 minutes later!! Amazing how on the ball they can be when they want their money (I had instructed my solicitor not to pay them). We were then receiving phone calls all day while we were trying to pack boxes and vans which, I hasten to add, we ignored until we were ready! We eventually told Suraj that if he wanted the keys he would have to collect them from us and within 10 minutes of putting the phone down, he was there. We know that moving house is one of the most stressful things anybody has to deal with in their lives and having your mortgage advisor phoning everybody to make sure this sale goes through makes it even more stressful. If you want a quick sale don't use Suraj or Michaels Estates!!!!!!
