NCP Leicester Welford Road

Honestly? Felt like I was in a horror film. Never have I felt more freaked in a dark, lonely car park than I did here. Tiny ramps between floors, half the spaces cordoned off with tape, space too small to park a Rav4 properly (I was pretty impressed I got it up and down said tiny ramps without the car coming out pointed) so desolate that I wouldn't have been at all surprised to see the chalked outline of a body on the floor. Great spot if you want to film the next installment of Nightmare on Elm Steet though

Shocking place. They cordon off areas after you have already parked and then send you a 100 fine

Extortionate prices (around 5/hour at all times) this is Leicester not central London, illogical layout thats badly signed, outdated building, ramps far too tight and narrow especially for larger cars. Cant see the prices until youre at the barrier then youre committed. It needs knocking down and replacing with something more suitable.
