        Took my precious 10 year old police watch for a battery change. It meant so much to me. 2 weeks later it has started to steam and rust inside - they messed up the water seal. Incompetent. I would not bring your watch here if it means a lot to you.

        I was served by Dominic, I had an expensive watch that needed to be repaired due to a split pin spring. He fixed it in 10 seconds and didn't charge me a penny. I tried to tip him 5 and he kindly declined telling me it was no bother. Wonderful honest service which is very rare these days.

        Quoted 35+ to change a watch battery! Absolutely disgusting. Went and got it done in H. Samuel jewelers for 9.99. Won't be coming here ever again.

        After visiting two Timpson stores with unsuccessful attempts at replacing my Tissot metal strap, The Watch Lab had me sorted within minutes! Dominic was very friendly and professional. He fitted the new metal strap and removed some links within a few minutes. I was very pleased with the service I received at The Watch Lab.
