Rude and incompetent staff. Poor service and no manners. Staff scared of tenants so landlords have to sort out issues themselves. What are you paying them for then??? Should be call STUPID HOMES

No heating for 5 weeks and no hot water for three weeks in a house rented from the agency. The consequences are chest infection, a fungus growing on the walls at an alarming rate due to higher humidity in the air snd additional costs for electric heaters up to 70 pounds a week. At first Landlord sent specialists to repair it, but it didn't happen. The last one left a warning prohibiting the use of a boiler because it is connected illegally or not professionally and threatens health and life! No contact for 3 weeks. complaint letter sent 2 weeks ago and no reply. The case was reported to the Council a week ago. There will be a case in court for financial and moral losses as well as health problems and associated costs. Together with my roommates I feel inhuman. The worst housing conditions I've experienced in my life. No heating in the coldest period of the year. Disgrace.
