        I have been living in my rented accommodation for 3 years and have rarely needed the help of view properties. When I have, they have dealt with the matter really efficiently and effectively. I couldn't commend them enough for the way they dealt with the fact that I was locked inside my flat on the first floor and how quickly they saw to it being sorted. Thank you!

        Letting agent never bothered showing up for the block viewing of a property, never informed us or apologised, very unprofessional. Also used pressure sales tactics to say the property was really popular, when clearly this wasnt the case based on viewing numbers. Left several people outside standing around for half hour. During that time we also saw what looked like a bailiff post something through the property door. We was then greeted by current tenant who informed us Charlie couldnt make it and that they was left to to allow us to view the property which seemed distressing for both tenant and people viewing property. Property had some clear issues such as leaks, hole in the ceiling etc.
