Kaplan Leicester

Parking is absolutely horrendous around here. Last time I came to Kaplan for an exam, I happened to be in Leicester anyway so arrived nearby with an hour and a half to spare... it took me an hour and a quarter to find a space. The area is all road parking with machines but seems to fill up as everyone uses the spaces for work. Today I arrived with 45 minutes spare, but was unable to find any space and missed my exam. When I rang Kaplan to tell them I was nearby but struggling to find parking, it took me 3 attempts to get through before being told that it isn't their responsibility to help students get to their exam, that I should have arrived earlier and that I would lose my 90 exam fee and need to rebook. Helpful! How you can have an exam centre with no parking in this day and age is beyond me! P.S. I also went to Birmingham for an exam and had an even worse experience!!

I am furious at this company and has cost me months of my life to deal with an unorganised study provider. I have had nothing but issues since I had joined Kaplan and dont feel the service was anywhere near adequate, I found attending classes was informative and helpful but Kaplan itself and talent coaches were not organised and the students seem to be at cost. Also the fact I have now been accused of dodging calls and talked to rudely previously is simply unacceptable., This is the worst experience in my life when it has come to studies I would never recommend Kaplan to anybody else to study at it is an utter shambles.
