        The customer advisor lied to me about the pair I bought being leather. I eventually found the sticker with the materials list, it is not. I hope that at least they will last.

        jonesboot maker is a terrible company to work for. If you have a kid or you are thinking about applying please dont. They are the kind of company that pretends to care about you but in reality they will run you to the ground.

        Charged me for something I didn't ask and never even gave me. Came home and realised I have paid 20.00 for something that is not in the bag . They've offered us a couple of products for the shoes which I declined but didn't expect to be put on the bill without my permission. The shoes are nice and I love them but the pushy sales and charging me without my person is something I haven't experienced before. Sent 2 emails to their customer service department, had to chase them twice and they've only replied with a generic email....
