BEWARE! COMPANY IN RECEIVERSHIP AND NOT PAYING REFUNDS. ONLY USE A CREDIT CARD FOR PROTECTION. My wife was incorrectly charged 45 for a pair of shoes that should have been 36. The Leicester branch said they couldn't process a 9 refund for some reason, so they asked my wife to pay the 36 on her debit card and they would refund the 45. This seemed legit, but they took the 36 almost immediately and still haven't processed the 45 refund (fishy!) even though we have a receipt for the refund with a transaction code. We then found out that the company were in receivership (oops!). We returned to the shop and the manageress said that the company had been taken over and reassured us that the refund would be paid. She gave me their number to call, but no answer/joy and we're still waiting. I'm going to contact HSBC to see if they can step in.

Shuropody claim to offer the uk's leading podiatry services but what they don't tell you is that you will pay for this premium service, but actually some stores don't even employ qualified podiatrists. I questioned this and have since been met with contempt, appalling customer service and the refusal of the full refund I am due. Avoid this national chain and give your money to the independents. Your feet (and your pocket) will thank you for it! Appalling company, both misleading and misrepresentative of the service on offer.

The staff are very friendly and helpful ,its abit expensive but it worth having your feet done there important to look after them

The staff are extremely helpful. Pointed me in the right direction on a few things. Had some insoles made for my feet as my feet where always hurting
