        I requested that they use original parts and oil for the annual service on 3 occasions (when booking the service, a day before the service, and when I dropped the car off). When I went to pick up the car and ask if they used originals they said they hadn't. If they were unwilling to use original parts they should have said so. They also wrote the wrong date in the service record which makes it look like I did the service 6 months late. After the service there was a rattle from the engine compartment. I decided to get it checked from another garage as I didn't trust this one after the other issues. Turned out they had left a screw for the fuel filter housing on the scuttle lid. This cost me an additional hour of labour.
