        Just love the fact it's dog friendly, need more places like this maybe they'll have more customers if so, so glad this is dog friendly

        Staff are very friendly and it's conveniently situated, but it's in DESPERATE need of refurbishment. I'm in my 30s and it honestly doesn't look like it's been touched since I was little. The balls in the ball pit are covered in visible grime, and really does look like it needs a jolly good clean. As a relatively new mum, I thought that this was just what is to be expected from soft play areas but having visited several others since, I can see that this is not the case, and that there is just a lack of general house keeping at this location.
