        BMW called me to book in for a service which was really helpful and easy to do over the phone. But what was frustrating was the phone call I received from Imran the afternoon before my scheduled service confirming a different details to my booked time and requesting information I had already passed on to BMW. His message was unhelpful and borderline rude. He was also rude to my sister who went to collect my car after the service because they again gave me the wrong time. Not the service I expect from BMW.

        I dealt with Marcin at Sytner Leicester and he was great. He kept up contact, made sure my new car was in top condition and answered all the questions pre and post sales. Would definitely recommend

        Did not reset the service reminder. Said they would call back but it was not until I completed their survey with a low score that they actually called back
