Working with Rachel & the Teaching Team was a fantastic experience & one that got me back into teaching after a number of years away focusing on my own children. They were always so friendly, approachable & accommodating but also really professional at the same time. I would recommend them to anybody who asked me about being a supply teacher & if I was to go down this route again I would go back to working for them in a heartbeat. Thank you for always encouraging me & giving me the confidence I needed to take the leap back into a career I love!

would highly recommend the Teaching Team. From the day I qualified as a TA Rachel was amazing. After working in a couple of schools short term I was placed in a school which I absolutely loved and fitted in to so well, and now I can proudly say that as of September I will be a permanent member of staff after 4 years. Rachel is accommodating, understanding, and all staff I have come across speak so highly of her and her team. It is mainly because of her that I am where I am, and she has had my back from the start of my career in schools. I am so glad the Teaching Team was recommended to me.

I cannot praise Rachel and her team highly enough. They are very professional and caring. They take time to find out what your needs are and find work tailored to those needs. In the past year that I was with them I had the privilege to work in 18 schools across the city and county. I grew as a person in that time and loved every minute. If you are looking to go on supply then head to the teaching team, you will not regret it!

The teaching team has been incredible in helping me develop my teaching experience. I worked with this agency for 5 months and got work every day during the lockdown. Rachel is very supportive, professional, helpful and easy going. She took into account of my personal preferences and placed me in schools close by. I very highly recommend this agency if you are looking to join short or long term supply. They are absolutely brilliant.
