This is the best surgery I have ever joined I had so many problems at central surgery. All GPS I have seen here have been professional. They answer the phone so quickly and can always book you in straight away. Hassle free appointments

I told a doctor i was concerned about my memory and their response was aging. Im only 28 plus, not very good at handling HRT care. Furthermore, at one point they lost my blood tests and had difficulty retrieving them, which can innocently happen but when you add all the adversities together, it does feel a bit much. Theyve been very good to me in the past so maybe somethings happened along the way, but my recent experiences have been very stressful. Maybe Im being unfair, but this is my current experience. Maybe Ill edit my star rating in the future, if I remember.

So glad I joined this surgery. They offer all types of appointments from face-to-face, telephone and also texting which I find very helpful and easier especially with a busy job. I can easily get through on the phone and I receive relevant advice quickly. Great great GP service.

Only joined the surgery approximately 2 months ago, but wow.they have answered the phone every time Ive called and have sorted everything Ive needed. I truly cant believe the difference to where I was beforejust how a doctors surgery should be
