Martin was incredibly helpful from start to finish as he sold our house. From the initial meeting, he inspired confidence that he knew what he was doing. The advert was excellent, the viewings were booked in no time and his expectation for sale price was perfect. We hit a few issues with our purchase, but Martin helped push things in any way he could and advised us well when it was up to us. Estate agency is his business and you can tell he knows it inside out and cares about doing a good job. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Myself and my long term partner had been looking to purchase our first home since the start of the pandemic and had seen a number of properties with Martin but none were quite right for us. After just over 2 years of searching, a property came onto the market which ticked almost all of our boxes and was a property that Martin had been appointed to sell. The vendors wanted to do a block viewing however myself and my partner could not make that particular day. Martin went out of his way to arrange an alternative date for us to view the property and we found that the property was perfect for us. We immediately put our offer in and then a further final higher offer. After waiting patiently we received the call from Martin on an evening with the fantastic news that the vendor had accepted our offer! Remarkably, the vendor did not go for the highest offer and chose us due to our circumstances and also theirs. I believe that Martins input whilst discussing the offers on the table with the vendors highly influenced their decision to pick us and for that we are truly grateful to Martin! The whole process of purchasing our first home went so smoothly and quite quickly considering the current housing market! Martin was there every step of the way and got involved with chasing up outstanding info from both sets of Solictors. We got our keys yesterday and Martin met us at the property promptly. We also received a brilliant welcome pack from Martin and his team which included some extremely useful discounts and vouchers to help us purchase items for our home- which is so thoughtful! All in all, Martin has made our experience as first time buyers stress free. He promptly answered any queries we had and was so easy to get in contact with. He is also honest and trustworthy compared to other estate agents that we have dealt with over the last 2 years. Would highly recommend!!!
