Always a pleasure to visit this shop due to the young man who volunteers there I think he's called Daniel, he helped us choose our dvds with his comprehensive knowledge of movies and also entertained us with his hilarious jokes and banter. the shop is worth a visit just to see him!

After telephoning the shop to ask if they are accepting donations I turned up today eith a car boot full of donations The man outside was sorting through piles of donations. I asked if he wanted more, he asked what we had, took two bags full and told us to take the rest to age concern next door. We didnt mind. What did upset me though was the amount of excellent looking donations that were being put in the bin by the air ambulance volunteer. A lady has just told me she donated bags of new stuff to them and she saw them throw them in the bin as she left! That will be the last donation I make.

One of the worst experiences of my life pre covid.. volunteers blocking the walk way talking to there friends who where under the influence and not wearing masks and extremely dirty looking (very unclean).. was trying to look at the clothing and one of them walked into me, didn't apologize and felt unsafe due to them beginning dirty and not wearing a mask. Will not be shopping in this particular charity shop in future. Customers beware
