Aylestone Health Centre

The service received from this surgery is absolutely incredible, from reception staff (Angela, Meeta and Kajol) Nurses (Bav) and of course Dr Minhas. I had a throat infection and a cyst. I have had both treated almost immediately. I always receive immediate attention and am grateful for the responses. Thank you for all your help. It is most appreciated.

Extremely poor service. This surgery should be closed down ,as its systems and doctors are incompetent. These doctors actively try to avoid seeing patients, causing anxiety and miss diagnoses often. Please avoid this surgery and the poor staff thats payed with tax payers money.

I am glad I am with this health centre. Having heard all sorts of horror stories from friends in other areas who cant get even a phone appointments with their dr for weeks and weeks I really appreciate the care I get here, the receptionists are wonderful.

I'm amazed by the standards of Dr minhas and his team they attended to my needs with a very high professional standard quickly and efficiently will little to no wait time on the phone. Straight in. And then in the direction, I needed to go forward with my health issues. Giving me great advice and support along the way. True care to the people that need it. 5 stars for the best health care I've had in a long time extremely pleased person.

Excellent Medical Centre. I can normally get an appointment within a week of my call. Compared to other health centres around Leicester, this is exceptional. The reception staff are very helpful. Pro tip, speak to them kindly and a be patient, they are often inundated with work so a little kindness can go a long way!
