Ordered mixed cupcakes. They are to say thankyou to the staff who are looking after my 96 year old Mum in a nursing home. They were ordered on Easter Sunday & delivered on the following Friday. Good communication from the bakery. All cupcakes were individually wrapped & packed in 12s in sturdy boxes. Very happy with the service, & delivery. Would recommend. The only reason Ive given 4 stars & not 5, is because I havent tasted them, so cannot give an opinion. I can only go on previous reviews, which says they are tasty.

Recieved 12 cupcakes for my birthday. Fabulous cakes and super tasty. Only minor let down was a little of the frosting was compacted. Parcelforce driver handled the package with immense care( looked like he was carrying a tray of faberge eggs) Ordered from the company as the company name is the same name as where I reside, despite being hours away they arrived promptly the next day and on time. Good job

Cakes arrived, and were squashed, emailed them on the 11/09/2019 and not had a response. Very poor, i would avoid.

I do think more could be tried for the packaging to keep the cakes from topping and getting squashed however I appreciate not all delivery drivers are delicate! The parcel was marked as fragile and only a very few was slightly squashed. The actual cake and frosting were fabulous very quick delivery and fair price
