        Not very friendly or approachable as a DIY-er was made to feel like I was wasting their time due to the small quantity of product I was buying as needed only 30 slates.

        I didn't find what I wanted, but the guys who work here are a fantastic bunch. Really helpful, go out their way to advise you. They'll even direct you to the people who will be able to help you. This is what customer service is all about. I would highly recommend these guys.
