        I would not consider using Hays Travel Blaby at all. After my mother booked a holiday, she has found that it is far from what she got promised, Hays have turned round and said they will not do anything to rectify it now. They are now refusing to talk to me because of GDPR when in fact they have spoken to me over the past day when I've been trying to sort out the issue. They have left Mum in tears and her friend out there in a dirty, rude and unacceptable hotel. In my book, thats not acceptable.
