Quite simply, Mark has changed my life. Over the last 15 months, his IMPACT model has completely surpassed my expectations. It has helped me to manage multiple situations through to positive outcomes, and he continues to work with me at our regular sessions. I can't thank Mark enough for his ongoing support, perspective and reassurance. He is personable, professional and an expert in his field.

Mark goes above and beyond to help. He listens intently to understand and steer you down a route of positive self exploration. He does not simply diagnose and move on. Anyone struggling, don't accept it, reach out

Mark is so much more than a coach/therapist. At our first meeting, he asked me something along the lines of what I wanted/didn't want from the process, and one of the things I said was "please don't keep asking me 'how I feel' about xyz" - because that had been my prior experience elsewhere. I wanted to work with someone who would challenge my thinking and keep me future-focussed rather than dwell on feelings, and Mark certainly didn't let me down. Working with him has empowered me to make changes in my business(es), and start stepping away from what was holding me back. He has helped me to understand and acknowledge the causes of various issues, but instead of raking over the past - you can't change it - he has helped me to identify, use and strengthen my natural skills and resources to build confidence from the starting point of 'now'. He has given me life skills that have been, and will continue to be, invaluable in business - dealing with difficult working relationships, challenging the strategy, and building my boundaries. In particular, his understanding of setting up and growing a business made me feel like I had an ally, in a self-employment situation that can be difficult to fully empathise with if you don't have that experience. Mark's IMPACT model has been especially helpful in giving me a framework to understand what's happening and why. I highly recommend Mark as an insightful, proactive and empathic coach who helps make sense of things by understanding your situation and then expertly applying the right balance of challenge and support.

Before starting the programme, I knew I had to change I just didnt know how or what it would look like. I went round and round in circles, never really getting anywhere. Mark helped me to look at all areas of my life, he helped me to identify where I most wanted to change and he gently challenged and coached me to make those changes. Now I can honestly say I feel happy, genuinely happy, the kind of happy that makes you feel light and see the good things in life. It wasnt about looking back but about moving forward. A step-by-step guide to making life altering changes to create the life I desired. Its so nice to feel life in balance instead of it being a constant battle. Mark has been the catalyst for this change, he has helped me to get to a place where change was just the natural progression. Lifes not 100% perfect but I know how to better deal with it when its not. Mark really cares and wants to help, the course set a lot of wheels in motion all centred around valuing myself. The great thing about the conversations we have is that he always gives me perspective, leaves me feeling positive and gives me something to think about. I am so grateful for his support, guidance and help.

Working with Mark has been transformative. Not in the wake up one day as a brand new person sort of way but more in the chipping away, letting things sink in, exploring the good, the bad the ugly (and sometimes painful) rediscovery of myself, the things that I need and importantly for me - how I can provide these for myself. I approached Mark because I felt stuck, powerless, I had no sense of how I could feel any better, I was stuck in negative patterns of thinking and behaviours - aware of them but without the ability to fix them. Looking back now I was saying I was stuck because of XYZ - none of which I was taking accountability for, it was this relationship, that person, this circumstance, but not ever my part in that. I guess if I was going to try and provide a synopsis- and brief isnt really my thing, but here goes; working with Mark has taught me about how I can empower myself, the importance and benefit of valuing myself and how that alone can influence both my sense of self and others sense of me too. Theres more for me too do. But I have a foundation of self awareness, and perhaps just maybe, self belief that I can now build on. So grateful for his support and insight and guidance.
