        Outstanding experience of LHA welcoming a patient of mine into their care and supporting him to settle in. Kay the new manager was very hands on and ensured everything was in place for him (at very short notice!) and made sure all thr staff who would be supporting him were also aware of the plan. The deputy managers are also wonderful and every member of support staff I've met have been knowledgeable and friendly. I look forward to seeing what else this new team does for LHA.

        A friend spoke to someone in the office for information. They were told it would send to them, days later nothing came via post or email as promised! Very poor service, no wonder they need 'Improvements' by the CQC!
