I saw the work Mark was doing for a neighbour and called him over. Mark installed a custom 3 plane, 2 way solar powered Velux windows. There was a long lead time and he kept me informed on the progress and came to install when it was ready. The scaffolder damaged some neighbour tiles and Mark made sure to repair it and didnt leave until even neighbour was happy. In my opinion, he went above and beyond. Additionally, we coincidentally had a unexpected downpour taht night, he came over and made the roof water tight We later had some issues with the electric openings, he came right away and resolved it with Velux You could tell Mark takes great pride in his business and works to a top standard, he is easy to communicate with and I have no hesitations in recommending him.
