Bought standard Rucksack. Sturdy with beautiful patterns. However beware of the zips. Don't expect them to last more than 5 months with careful regular use. When l contacted hype about it they ignored my email. I asked about zip repairs. In the end l had a devil of a job and managed to put a new 1 in.

Don't bother if you need to make a return! Market style quality coat. So many obstacles & blocks you at every turn in having to make any return back. Had my parcel opened for less than five minutes and started the returns process online and receiving clarification that this was received. Two weeks later and chasing, no customer service rep has approved despite my chasing. May have to go to the Smalls Claim Court. Phoneline is not answered, there online chat is run by another sever/ company you have to appear to buy an account to use and not getting anything back via the emails. Hit a blank wall. Don't bother with this brand.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! Especially if youre ordering Christmas presents!! There website states the cut off date for delivery before Xmas using standard postage was 16th December, they also state that they endeavour to dispatch on the same day, so you would expect if they can dispatch on the same day it would be the next right? WRONG! I ordered on 11th December and my order wasnt dispatched until the 16th December, so it took them 5 days just to dispatch! And to make matters worse, even though the whole of the UK know Royal Mail have been striking throughout December, this bunch of numpties send my parcel via Royal Mail, not only slow and late to dispatch but then send via a method (Royal Mail) which is pretty much guaranteed to NOT arrive before Christmas. I placed a large order of items (11 items) So now my daughter is going to have practically nothing to open because of the incompetence of these numpties, the power of social media is real and I will be making full use of every available resource to ensure that everyone knows to AVOID this company like the plague! Thanks Hype, you really have lived up the the Hype and ruined my daughters Christmas wishes!!

My daughter placed a order with hype on the 11 dec and still no parcel we have sent them emails and had no response I wont ever use them again once I get this sorted
