I have been fobbed off by all the staff I've spoken to, one will say something hasn't been done, with a elaborate lie to back it up, yet another will say it's been done, I'm not impressed

Absolutely awful my gran is at this care home and she's not being give medication correctly, residents answer the phones every time I call it sounds like carnage in the back ground my poor gran is not being looked after the way she should very upset and unimpressed

The care wasnt there at all, I asked for a drink and I felt it was too much for them, and waited a while for a coffee and they never wash or dressed I was upset because I felt they just given dinner cup of tea and coffe when ever they could and lack of staff not enough staff for the people that need help or love and cared for,, I just felt they never had the time or love or care at all,,,I wouldnt recommend this care home,,,
