Have had all our carpets from them always been satisfied with them , this time when we went for a stair carpet and underlay we picked the carpet with good underlay while we were still looking around in general the lad made the bill out we knew how much it would cost us so we paid and I put the receipt in a bag wasnt until I got home I looked at it nothing was price itemised just the total amount , so the next day I went back and asked him to itemise it for me and his reply was oh we dont do that anymore, so i will definitely ask for an itemised bill next time I need any floor covering, carpet fitters were a great lads made a great job of it

We popped in here for an offcut of lino .... We have had our carpets from here over the years and they are great on price and quality.

Had bad experience with these people gave measurements in feet and inches they converted and brought the wrong size when they eventually turned up. Asked for AM fitting rang united carpets 3 times and they made excuses up ? Turned up at 3.45PM . Insisted on full refund wont recommend them to anybody.
