        Lady on the phone was so rude, laughed when we said we would leave a bad review because of their service. Made us feel like we were lying. Couldn't just send a fresh batch of Fries, said the Fries are always like this, kept us waiting while she spoke to the boss, rang back, she hadn't even spoken to him. Then hung up when we told her to sort it. Ordered regularly from here. Won't be again!
