Chataway care home as been such an amazing place to work from working with exceptional care staff everyone is made to feel welcome when entering or visiting I would of been very happy if my parents would of resided at chataway the care and love from this care team and management just outstanding and the work they've achieved through this pandemic is absolutely amazing keeping themselves safe and their main priority is keeping all the residents safe and that's something everyone should be proud of keeping up with all the guidelines they've had to follow well done everyone

Such a friendly care home where all the residents come first, all the staff are bubbly and always on hand to help with any question, not just the the carers but it's refreshing and comforting to see a manager which is hands with the residents on always ready to reassure any family's and make a difference to any residents life, couldn't find any fault at chataway there is a feeling of respect and safety as soon as you walk through The door.

I cannot praise Chataway Residential Home enough. Ive had quite a few experiences with care homes, having family members who have lived in quite a few and dealing with many, working for one of the large commercial banks for many years. Chataway is head and shoulders above the rest. Whoever is lucky enough to get to live there is not just entering a care home they are entering as near to a family unit as you can get. Jacki Payne has the biggest heart and cares for all the residents as if they were her own family with the help of Shannon, Luke and the rest of her lovely staff. Whether you visit in person or ring them, nothing is too much trouble and every member of staff Ive spoken to have been so lovely. I could go on and on with nothing but praise. With all the bad press care homes often get, I can say, hand on heart, Chataway has, without any doubt restored my faith. Our 89 year old had been there about four months and now looks about ten years younger and she is so happy and settled! Just keep doing what youre doing, and thank you so very much x
