Service is bad they do not care about anyone other then themselves

CAREFUL COMPANY EMPLOYS PEOPLE RECENTLY CONVICTED OF FRAUD AND THEFT INTO PEOPLES HOMES! All information is correct and can be checked with Leicester Crown Court. Sarah Ann Porter works for Direct Health, as a care co-ordinator but also attends service users frequently when short staffed, pleaded guilty to the following charges on 19th January 2018: 1 - Fraud by misrepresentation. 2 - Theft of approx. 25,000. 3 - Fraudulent Trading by taking money for orders of goods customers were never going to receive. I personally informed Luke Kingsland, who contacted me for a reference. He was informed on 13th November 2017 and has to date done NOTHING about it. Email screenshot available. Direct Health have been updated throughout of the convictions of Sarah Ann Porter. The company as far as I am aware have continued with the employment and also to continue to send Sarah into the houses of vulnerable elderly people. I strongly advise you to CHECK you haven't had any belongings stolen if you are a service user of Direct Health and if you notice anything missing - call the police immediately! Direct Health have refused to comment on the situation and so I will be circulating photos of Sarah Ann Porter shortly, so you can identify her and sharing on Spotted Sites. I will also be updating Leicester City Council and surrounding Councils. It is appalling Direct Health are exposing vulnerable elderly people to such risks!!! If you or one or your relatives use Direct Health, I would strongly advise you check for any missing items and report it to the police immediately!!
