Father in law who has dementia is now totally confused with which glasses to use. Don't know how they got into his apartment. He has dementia, under his own optician and cataract clinic. This is totally disgusting that no authorisation was given. They have no history of his eyes at all and how can an eye test be carried out in a small apartment. We as a family are very upset.

My mum lives in assisted living, she told me she had an optician into her home and she paid them by card. Fast forward 3 weeks later, no company card left, no ID badge shown and my mum has a learning disability. She didn't know who had been into her home I've had to chase around ringing other assisted living properties to find out the company name name and phone number. Another lady in the block has also had the same issue, thankfully I have now got the number for her to phone and chase their glasses. Be aware!! An awful company for vulnerable people!

Two women barged their way into my mother's flat uninvited and decided she needed glasses for cataracts. No-one has been in her flat since March 2020 due to Covid but these 2 seemed to think it was OK to do. Their visit was unsolicited and completely unacceptable.

This company goes around care homes and assisted living accommodation taking advantage of people in care by ordering them glasses without their consent so they can benefit from the income of the vouchers they are entitled to. Horrendous activity - they should be ashamed of themselves. They used my mums voucher and sent her an awful pair of glasses which she did not order and she now as a result has to pay for a pair of glasses.
