Had the pleasure of meeting Mahayla last October. I was looking for a last minute deal, but was date specific. She found us a Marella cruise explained everything and we booked. We had an amazing time (first time cruising) Since then we've been back in-store to book with Mahayla two further holidays, one being another cruise. We just give her the dates and she always finds us something and sorts out our airport car parking. She is very thorough and keeps us engaged her customer service is A Star

Appalling service, very unhelpful staff, states its open till 7pm yet when you go in at 6pm your too late!!!!! Absolutely disgusting. I wont every be booking with TUI again

I called into the Beaumont Leys Tui store and was greeted by a lovely young lady called Mia. I was looking for a bit of winter sun, she was very knowledgeable and suggested Tenerife, she quoted me a great price and arranged my holiday. She was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble, she explained that I would need insurance, offered parking, offered to reserve seats. Great service I will be using Tui again. Thank you Mia for being so helpful.

Poor service received today. Was made to feel as though no holiday will be suitable for us even though we have no budget and flexibility to dates. Went to jet2holidays and was immediately recommended some great places with all we need and they even talked through airport transfer times and things nearby.
