        I have never given a bad review to any business, but this is the absolute worst business I have ever dealt with ever! Sent a shock back for repair in 2019 and it was lost! In the end I still have no shock returned and the amount of money I spent on over 100 phone calls over the 2 year period plus the initial cost of posting my shock over to them would have more than paid for a replacement!
