        Called to enquire about a property twice. Got no returned call or any information emailed as promised. Shocking.

        Absolute incompetence. We gave instructions for a valuation report for a commercial property in Leicester. Instructions given 6th Feb 2023 and report promised by end of month. Director, Rahul Saini came down to site on 14th Feb. On 28th Feb (when final report was meant to be delivered!!), Rahul asks to come down again to take measurements he should have taken at first visit. Then promised report by 6th March. still nothing. so we complained and CC'd his boss. Rahul then says he won't do the report. We have lost over a month of valuable time due to this gross incompetence. We will pursue formal complaint through RICS.

        Worst customer service ever. Didnt catch her name unfortunately, not sure what ruined her day, but by the looks of the other reviews on trust pilot, everyday is a bad day for her. Innes should look into some courses on how to be polite, maybe that lady could do with something like that. Just a suggestion. Thank you for reading, and have a great day, lady.
