*UPDATED REVIEW JULY 2021* Absolutely shocking service. We used this company to wrap our kitchen last year and were impressed HOWEVER... after winning a competition in March for a free wrap, we booked them back in to wrap a new section of our kitchen to match the rest. They booked us in for the 1st June as this was the earliest date available however, it got to 11am and they had still not turned up, when I finally managed to get hold of them they told me they weren't coming. I took another day off work and rebooked for the next week, the exact same thing happened and yet again I did not find out until half way through the day! I gave them the benefit of the doubt and rebooked again, informing them that I would have to rearrange work in order for me to be there. This time they text me at 9pm the evening before to say they weren't coming and then refused to answer my phone calls and were very poor at responding to messages. They then tried to book us back in for the end of July, almost 5 months after the completion, and 2 months from when it should've been. We did not rebook as how could we trust that they would actually turn up after letting us down 3 times!? Very disappointed and I would highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs unless you want to be messed around. We have since had the work completed by another company at out own cost. They other company were brilliant, professional and booked us in and completed the work within two weeks.
