        We sold our house within a couple of weeks and although it fell through a couple of months later, Jade managed to remarket it and sell it within 48hrs. The conveyancing was a nightmare (due to the Conveyancer and not Spencers) but Jade was there all the time to help us pull it through - great service !!

        Hefty fee for not much work. Poor communication skills. Poor usage of time resulting in major delays and stressful set backs. Do not recommend!
