        The two workers at this Tesco mobile site, are extremely rude. They argue with your opinion on network coverage, type of phones ect. They need to be both sacked. A customer should be informed of choices not stood to be argued against. They are very unprofessional. Visited 17/9/2022.

        The Manager here really helped me out when I switched over to Tesco mobile from another provider and wasnt getting any data. It wasnt his fault that I had to go in to store a few times to get the issue resolved. Each time he was helpful and was much more efficient and knowledgeable than the advisors over the phone at customer services. He knew straight away the issue was and tried different ways to resolve it. And finally after almost a month of no data, the problem was sorted out!

        Outstanding customer service took my Nan here a couple of times now very patient & understanding with the elderly people who dont understand everything about mobile phones much appreciated great service

        Didn't have the option to give no stars. Poor customer service, very patronising manner. Apparently he's the manager , must have been the only applicant.
