Absolute shocking when I signed up they took my bank card out of sight to photocopy sent me to a job got zero breaks in a 8hr shift I rang qs about this they said they would speak to me on the Monday they never rang that was on the 16th of December. They then put my p45 on fangoss but never had the decency to let me know and they still have not contacted me .would not recommend.

I signed up with these just before new year due a good HGV class 2 job advertised quite local to me. I was told they had immediate starts available. I spent the whole of the following week calling them, and having to chase them, as they never returned calls as promised - I never received so much as a courtesy call, which is, you know, basic customer service. Almost 10 days later, I was told their client had delayed the job (not the agencies fault I know). So I then asked if they had any other class 2 work available, and was told no. However, over the last couple of days I have been searching other jobs, and have discovered they have SEVENTY class 2 jobs advertised on their website - including the job I was told wasn't available at the moment. So 1 of 3 things is going on 1, the jobs they advertise just don't exist. 2, they just don't want to put a woman forward for a class 2 job (Both of those could potentially get them into a lot of trouble) Or 3, they just can't be bothered to do their job - maybe they should all go sign on the dole and give up their jobs to people to actually want to work

Ive worked for QS recruitment in Leicester/Hinckley under Eloise for 7 months and have honestly nothing but praise for them. The most genuine and caring agency Ive worked for in a long long time. Always available if needed, even during the unsociable hours. If your looking for work and are a hard working individual, QS is the place for you, I promise you wont be disappointed. Taken up a full time contract with the company now but Im sure Ill be back in the near future. If only all agencys were like this, the world would be a better place. 5 Star!!
