Leicester Minibus and Coach Hire

Would like to thank this lovely company for organising our lovely trip to Manchester 16th-18th July. Our Driver Billy (From Manchester) was on time, so friendly, let us decorate our mini bus (Mercedes VEETO), nothing was a problem at all. Had the pleasure to sit in the front on the way up and had a lovely chat all the way, he even stopped 1/2 way for a pit stop. Return Journey he messaged us 45 mins earlier to say he was early if we wanted him, so we managed to come home a little earlier. Will definitely use these guys again.

Hired these guys for transport down to Brighton and return trip. Turned up on time, drivers were friendly and professional, stopped at services when we requested. The return journey, driver text me the day before to check collection address and time for pick up, pretty much on time (allowing a few minutes for heavy traffic in the area). Professional service from start to finish and I would definitely recommend them.

Used for a recent trip to Birmingham . All went very well 110% to plan. Collection from airport day 3, day tour/pub crawl of the city day 2 & return to airport day 3. Delighted with the service for this company at such short notice. On time everyday and with a smile to go with it. Will use again!!

We hired a minibus with a driver from this company to take us to Royal Ascot. We were quoted that the journey would take 2hrs 15mins however, we understood that it may take longer due to the traffic around the event. We did not expect a 4.5 hour journey. The driver turned up late to the pre-arranged collection point and then proceeded to get lost the entire trip, before admitting that his Satnav did not work therefore leading to one of our party having to direct him. The taxi was not to the standard we expected which led to a more than unpleasant drive. We rang the head office number that we had been liaising with, prior to the event, to make them aware of what was going on to which we got a defensive response saying that few taxi drivers would do this journey that we had requested - insinuating that we should be fortunate he has taken us at all. Overall, our day was enjoyable but spoilt by our use of Leicester mini bus and coach hire. Do not recommend.
