Requested collection of equipment due to an elderly lady passing away. Explained nobody else in the property. Time frame given as 15.30 - 17.30. Arranged for a person to be at the house for these times. Received a text @ 14.30 stating few calls away. Telephone call at 17.45 stating collection cannot be done!!!!!! This company is a joke. They obviously do not think others work and can come wherever suits them. Now we can't arrange a further collection so looks like a load of equipment is going to the local house clearance.... I cannot say how disappointed I am with this. Avoid if possible

Ordered an overbed table with curved base so far three tables have been delivered but all have been the wrong one

Asked for new rollator last year a man cam out to collect and said they had none in at present so he tightened breaks and left the whole thing is now tapped up as it literally fell to bits from the weldings and still no replacement has come this was over nearly 5 months
