Turned up with wrong towbar even tho he had the reg the he said he would come back 4 days later to fit the right one has we was going on holiday, I text him 5 times the night before to make sure he was coming he just ignored them I rang him off my partners number he answered then put the phone down when he realised who we was. I've lost my holiday and what I paid as we cant tow the caravan without a towbar. He knew we had a holiday booked so he could of gave me notice he was not coming and I could of got someone else booked in Total time waster I would avoid at all cost
